Robin teaches yoga that is playful, supportive, and always alignment-focused and safe. It is suitable for students of all levels, but she especially delights in teaching brand new beginners and those with special therapeutic needs or physical limitations. 

Students who are plagued by feelings of “not good enough,” will learn quickly that they are stronger, more flexible, and more able than they had ever before imagined.

A student’s experience of themselves on the yoga mat will always reveal how it is that they perceive themselves and how it is that they meet their everyday life experiences.  Emotional and behavioral patterns that emerge in the face of life’s stressors and challenges will arise in the sequence of poses. Preconceived notions about oneself and others will also always show up during a yoga practice.

Robin offers a variety of yoga-based services including but not limited to: private yoga sessions, consults to help students develop a strong self-directed home practice, bespoke workshops or small group classes, and Somatic Experiencing based yoga for trauma resolution.

Having the opportunity to study yoga with Robin, has honestly changed my life forever, and her gentle approach has allowed me to progress faster than I ever imagined that I could.

Robin teaches at the highest level of pedagogy, incorporating many facets of wellness into her teaching style as well as careful analysis and individual tailoring of the art of yoga for every student. In the years I have been studying under her guidance, I have become more flexible, more at peace, and more pain-free, than I have felt in decades.  I always look forward with excitement to that next session.
